Manufactured in ISO 100,000 cleanrooms using USP Class VI-grade virgin polystyrene, E-beam sterilized (SAL 10⁻⁶), DNase/RNase-free, and non-pyrogenic.


Key Features

  • Sizes & Growth Areas: 25, 75, 175, and 225 cm² for standard flasks; plus multi-layer (3‑layer and 5‑layer) formats for scale-up.

  • Surface Options: Tissue culture-treated (TC) for adherent cell lines, and non-treated for suspension cultures.

  • Cap Types:

    • Plug Seal: Screw-on, leak-resistant

    • Vent Cap: 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane for gas exchange
      Both cap types are available across sizes.

  • Design Features:

    • Frosted writing area with clear graduations

    • Notched bottoms for secure stacking

    • Packaged in sterile zip-bags

    • Traceable lot numbers for quality control
